Along with weather delays out of our control, many businesses are still understaffed, which could affect shipping and transit times. We'll continue to strive to get our amazing customers their orders as quickly as possible!!

What are your shipping options?

We have 3 domestic shipping options to choose from upon checkout. For boutique customers in the Lakeland, Florida area, we do offer free local pickup. Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!

Free Local Pickup - We offer free local pickup at our True MedSpa location in Lakeland, Florida. If you place your order before 2pm EST, it will be ready that same day! Once your order is ready, you'll be notified via email. Our pickup hours are Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday- Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 2pm. We are closed on Sundays. Our physical address is 4935 Southfork Drive, Lakeland, FL 33813. We love our locals! 

$6.95 Flat Rate USPS Shipping - Just please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will arrive in 3-5 business days. 

$12.95 Flat Rate UPS Shipping - Just please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will arrive in 3-5 business days. 


What is your Return Policy? 

At Haley Michelle Boutique, we understand that sometimes when you buy something, you don't end up loving it. We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below. 

  • Returns and Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase for a store credit, minus shipping costs.

  • Returns are for Store Credit Only. No refunds will be issued.

  • Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged. 

  • Items must be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. 

  • In order to exchange an item, it must be in its original condition with tags attached and receipt included. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of returned item. Original and return shipping fees are nonrefundable.

  • NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, Jewelry, Bras, Camisoles, and Hats.

  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact or 863-255-6922 for assistance.

  • Store credit expires 1 year after it being issued.

How do I return my merchandise? 

  1. Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
  2. Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.

When will my return be processed?

We typically process all returns within 5-7 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email showing it has been completed and your credit is available for use! Please record your tracking information to check when it arrives back to our facilities.


How does the exchange process work? 

If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, you may go ahead and place a new order for that item. You will receive free shipping from our boutique for the new item and we will issue a REFUND back to your original payment form for that item when your return is processed. All other returns are for store credit only.

Can I exchange my item for a different size? 

Yes! We have two options you can take to exchange your item for a new size. 

  • Our inventory moves quickly, so we recommend purchasing the new size now. Return the original size to us within 30 days of ordering for a refund. 
  • Return the unwanted size to us, note the exchange on your invoice, and we’ll ship the new one. A credit will be issued if the item has sold out. 

Please be aware that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do I exchange my purchase for a completely different item? 

If you’d like to exchange your purchase for something different, please send your item(s) back to us. We will then issue store credit to you, making it easy for you to purchase your desired item.
