Happy Monday! Are you starting to feel like you have a million things to do and the holidays are right around the corner? Welcome to the club. Here are a few things you can do to make the Holiday stress a little easier.

-Make lists of the things you need to do and prioritize them. This will get them off of your mind and in front of you so you can check them off as you accomplish them. It feels amazing when you see your lists getting checked off.

-Remember to stop and take time for yourself, no matter how busy you are or how much you have to do. It's important to do this so you keep your sanity and can keep on getting things accomplished.

-Give yourself grace. Everyday isn't going to be perfect. You will have obstacles. Face them, figure out what you need to do to get around them and keep on keeping on.
